In this wellshop & community singing circle, we'll sit together to explore the vast wisdom of the intuitive voice.

Some themes we'll touch on: Why is this important? What does technique have to do with it? How and what does our voice WANT to express? How can we create safety within ourselves for this expression? How does liberated vocalization feel? How does it affect our somatic experience? What unlocks within us when we sing together?

This circle is for you if…

• You love to sing with others

• You crave more intimacy with & opportunities for improvisation

• You want to experience a collaborative singing meditation

• You’d like to explore a deeper connection to your own voice

Circle flow:

6:45 doors open
7:00 - 7:30 introductions & circle weaving
7:30 - 8:00 “warming up” together
8:00 - 8:30 exploratory improvisational singing circle
8:30 - 9:00 sharing & closing

Logistics & details:

• Limited space available. Payment in advance is required to reserve your spot.

• Please arrive promptly to honor the integrity of the circle. The doors will close at 7:05pm.

• Our venue Lajja Yoga has plenty of cushions, blankets, & pads. Please bring anything else you need to feel physically comfy & supported, including water and/or tea.

• Feel free to bring a journal and an offering for the altar if you’d like.
